This one statement resulted in a partnership with NYSID and Country Valley Industries (ACHIEVE) that has resulted in daily work for over 85 individuals with disabilities. Bates Troy is the NY State leader in laundry Preferred Source Contracts, where over 51% of the linen must be processed by individuals with disabilities.
